Cigar makers have been using what's referred to as the Chaveta for centuries to cut and shape wrapper leaves in the rolling process. The Chaveta is a essentially a curved blade with a simple handle at the top.

Our Chaveta is a little more aesthetic... 

Especially this time around. We decided to run this LE with Ultem, a super rad high-performance thermoplastic. Ultem is expensive and is harder to work with than Aluminum is, hence the price difference from out regular cutters.

We're making the same exact margin as we are with our original cutters, but we had to drop these. They're too cool not to get them into your hands.

Mechanics: Magnetic retention rather than spring loaded to allow for the sleekest profile possible.

Blades: Crafted from 440 stainless steel, heat-treated for exceptional sharpness, corrosion resistance, and long-term edge retention.

Body: Machined Ultem, a high-performance thermoplastic, offering the perfect balance of strength, light weight, and a clean machined finish.

Hardware: Assembled with stainless steel screws to ensure a tight, durable fit.
