Overview
From the first sketch, Bolt Tray had one responsibility: gives the table a proper place for ash without bringing an ugly tray into the room without watering down the identity of the drop. 6061 aluminum gives it a solid feel without unnecessary bulk.
The Story
The story behind Bolt Tray.
We kept looking at Bolt Trays and Knuck Stands and saw a practical job the original drop had not covered yet. Bolt Tray became the piece that carried the idea into regular use. Bolt Trays and Knuck Stands supplied the setting, while the Bolt direction kept the reason for making it practical. 6061 aluminum gave the Bolt version the feel the idea needed.
