We linked up with Timmons Ironworks to bring you "The Medio" a badass steak knife.

Recommended Knife Care:

A 80CRv2 steel steak knife delivers excellent sharpness and toughness, but it requires a bit of care to keep it performing at its best. Because this steel isn’t stainless, always hand-wash the knife after use, dry it thoroughly, and avoid leaving it on damp surfaces or in the sink. A light coat of food-safe oil helps protect the blade from rust, especially if it will be stored for a while. Use only on wood or plastic cutting surfaces and store it safely in a block, sheath, or on a magnetic strip to protect the edge. With simple routine care, your 80CrV2 steak knife will stay sharp, clean, and reliable for years.
